Voter and Election Information

 

Polls Open: 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

A Republican Primary Election has been called for King & Queen County on June 9, 2015.

The offices that may appear on the ballot for the June primary are:
Member, Senate of Virginia, 3rd District
Member, House of Delegates, 98th District

The June primary election will only be held if more than one candidate files to run for one of the offices for which the primary was called.

Last Day to Register to Vote in this Election: May 18, 2015
To check your voter registration or get a Voter Card, call the Registrar’s Office at 804-785-5980.

Absentee and Early Voting:
Absentee Voting will begin April 24, 2015. Voters may vote in the Registrar’s Office during regular office hours. Absentee In-Person Voting will also be held on Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the Registrar’s Office. June 6, 2015 is the final day for in person absentee voting.

You may request that a ballot be mailed to you. Your application to request that a ballot is mailed to you must be received in the Registrar’s Office by 5:00 p.m. on June 2, 2015.
